Praise & Worship

At Grand Ecore Road Church of Christ, we sing a variety of songs in praise to the Lord throughout the course of worship. We incorporate classic spiritual hymns and contemporary worship songs throughout our worship service. Whether traditional or contemporary, the goal of our praise and worship is to glorify the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe in singing to the Lord and making music with our hearts as we are filled with the Spirit and Word of God. One distinctive feature of our worship is that we sing a cappella. We emphasize vocal, congregational singing in keeping with ancient church tradition.

One main benefit of a cappella singing is that it enables all worshippers to participate in praise and worship.

We believe worship affects the whole person: heart, mind, and soul, and that is reflected in the songs we sing. (1 Corinthians 14:15; Ephesians 5:18-20; Colossians 3:16; James 5:13)
